What actually changed

  • E2L replaces the former Static family and adds 150K.
  • Premium replaces the former Swing family with one minimum day and five-day payout cycles.
  • Fundamental remains the intraday EOD path.
  • Tradovate, NinjaTrader, and TradingView via Tradovate join Rithmic and DeepCharts.

Two mechanisms that must not be confused

Express to Live

After the evaluation, the trader must reach the target again on the CASH account and use Switch to Live. The rules then provide for the fixed bonus and size-based LIVE credit, subject to compliance.

Fundamental and Premium

Five approved payouts or USD 100,000 in cumulative profit makes the file eligible for review. The final decision belongs to the risk team and is never automatic. E2L activity does not count toward those thresholds.

Published caps

  • Up to 5 Fundamental CASH accounts.
  • Up to 5 Premium CASH accounts.
  • Up to 5 Express to Live CASH or LIVE accounts across all sizes.
  • A 150K Fundamental or Premium account uses two slots; a 150K E2L uses one slot.
  • Evaluation accounts are listed as unlimited, while anti-abuse rules still apply.

Evaluation prices are dynamic. Under a monthly plan, CASH activation is a one-time payment that lasts until the account fails. Under a one-time plan, the official rules currently state no CASH activation fee.
