ES/NQ Macro Recap newsletter

Subscription requires an email address, consent, the form source and technical records needed to prove confirmation. The request passes through an internal endpoint and then Mailjet. Subscription only becomes active after the double-opt-in link is confirmed.

Browsing and security

The server and measurement tools may process the IP address, device or browser type, requested page, date, time, visit source and technical identifiers depending on the configuration and your consent choice.

Do not send sensitive data

The forms do not request identity documents, bank data, trading-account credentials or passwords. Do not include this information in a free-text message.

Access is limited to LUCAS and the service providers required for each function. No contact or subscriber list is sold.

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area depending on their organisation and terms. The applicable safeguards are those stated in their contractual documents and privacy policies.

05 · Retention periods

How long is the data retained?

CategoryPeriod or criterion
Contact messagesFor the time needed to process the request, then up to three years after the last exchange where follow-up remains useful, unless a legal duty or dispute requires a different period.
Newsletter subscriptionUntil unsubscription or withdrawal of consent. Minimal information may remain on a suppression list to prevent another unwanted email.
Tracker-consent choiceSix months is the reference period applied to the choice when technically configured that way, before asking again.
Exempt audience measurementTracker lifetime limited to 13 months and collected information retained for no more than 25 months when the CNIL exemption conditions are effectively met.
Technical logsRetention limited to security and diagnostic needs and the host's settings; longer retention only occurs in the event of an incident or legal duty.

Retention periods are reviewed to remain proportionate to the purpose. An erasure request may lead to earlier deletion when no obligation justifies retention.

06 · Trackers

Cookies and audience measurement

Necessary trackers

The website may store the consent choice, language or preferences essential to operation. These operations are not used for targeted advertising.

Audience measurement

Some pages may use Plausible to produce aggregate statistics. Other pages may offer Google Analytics 4, which is only loaded after consent has been recorded by the consent mechanism where present.

A measurement solution can only be considered exempt from consent if its configuration meets CNIL criteria: limited purpose, statistical data, no cross-site tracking and controlled retention periods.

Change your choice

The button below clears the local consent keys used by current versions of the website. The banner will then be shown again on pages that load it.

07 · Affiliate disclosure

Affiliate links and third-party websites

Links to Phidias may contain affiliate and campaign parameters. When you leave lucaspropfirm.fr, the destination website applies its own privacy policy and may place its own trackers.

The affiliate code used on the website is LUCAS. The existence of this code is stated near conversion links. The price, taxes, discount and rules must be checked with the partner before payment.

Copying remains local to your browser. It sends no data to Lucas Prop Firm.

08 · Your rights

What rights can you exercise?

Depending on the processing and its legal basis, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of operations carried out beforehand.

Write to lucas@lucaspropfirm.fr specifying your request and the address concerned. Identity evidence is requested only where there is reasonable doubt about your identity and only to the extent necessary.

A response is normally provided within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

09 · Security

Protective measures

The website uses HTTPS, limits collected fields, separates contact from marketing subscriptions and relies on specialist service providers. Administrative access details and technical keys are not published in website content.

Because no Internet transmission is risk-free, a confirmed incident that may affect your rights would be subject to the required remedial measures and notifications.
