My in-depth review of MenthorQ, the quantitative platform I use to read Gamma levels (GEX), dealer positioning and volatility — directly on TradingView and NinjaTrader. Get 20% off with code MQ20.

MenthorQ is a quantitative analytics platform that builds data- and AI-driven trading models for active traders. Its mission is to give retail traders access to institutional-grade tools — market-maker positioning, gamma exposure (GEX), volatility regimes and key price levels — that were previously used only by professional desks.
Whether you trade stocks, ETFs, indices, futures, options, forex or crypto, MenthorQ turns complex market data — options chains, dealer flows and volatility surfaces — into clear, actionable levels that can be displayed directly on your charts.
MenthorQ starts from a simple observation: most traders do not fail because they lack effort or intelligence, but because they operate with incomplete context — too much noise and no clear framework for reading volatility, positioning and timing. The gap between retail and institutional traders is not about IQ; it is about infrastructure. If you trade with a prop firm, it is the same challenge described in our analysis of the mistakes that cause 90% of traders to fail.

Markets have changed dramatically over the past decade: prices are increasingly driven by derivatives. Options flow now plays a major role in stock and index moves. For active traders, options are no longer a side product — they have become one of the most useful ways to track sentiment, locate liquidity and anticipate potential reaction zones.
MenthorQ's models are built around this idea: instead of looking backward at historical prices, the platform tracks how market makers hedge their positions to identify the structural forces shaping price before they become visible.
MenthorQ levels appear as horizontal lines directly on your chart: Call Resistance, 0DTE Gamma Wall, HVL (High Volume Level), Put Support, 1D Max / 1D Min, GEX 1-2-3… Each level reflects a real concentration of options positioning. This helps you identify areas where the market may react, slow down or accelerate.
MenthorQ offers more than 64 proprietary indicators organised into model families. These are the main building blocks:
Dealer gamma exposure translated into support and resistance levels: Gamma Wall, Call Resistance, Put Support and HVL. This is the core of the platform, available for daily and 0DTE views.
Delta, gamma, vanna and charm aggregated at market level to show how market-maker hedging flows may push or slow price.
Proprietary quantitative scores that summarise an asset's condition in a single rating: momentum, positioning and volatility regime. Useful for quickly filtering a trading universe.
Volatility regimes, term structure and intraday context help you determine whether the market is compressing or expanding — and adjust position size accordingly.
Models built for swing traders: setup detection, data-based validation and selection of suitable strikes for options strategies.
An interactive dashboard that centralises market data, predictive models and actionable insights — instead of keeping five tabs open at once.
QUIN is MenthorQ's proprietary AI engine. It is neither a chatbot nor a ChatGPT wrapper: it is a research system built specifically for traders, combining more than 20 years of institutional knowledge with real-time market data and practical quantitative workflows.
General-purpose AI performs well with text but struggles with structured quantitative data such as options chains, GEX tables and multi-variable screening. It can miscalculate, invent figures and produce confident but incorrect answers. Most importantly, it has no access to MenthorQ's proprietary data: ask a general-purpose AI where gamma is concentrated on SPY and it can only guess.
This is one of MenthorQ's main strengths: you do not need to change platforms. Its levels and models connect directly to more than 10 trading platforms:
On TradingView, the MenthorQ Levels indicator automatically displays the day's levels (1D Max, 0DTE Call Resistance / Gamma Wall, HVL, Put Support, GEX…) on your chart. If you use NinjaTrader with a prop firm, as described in our Rithmic + NinjaTraderguide, the integration is just as direct.
MenthorQ levels are available across a broad range of futures contracts:
Levels, positioning and the context behind each move — so you are not trading blind. Real-time gamma data, key levels and dealer positioning sit in one place, with a daily roadmap generated by QUIN.
The structure behind the session: 0DTE Gamma levels, dealer positioning and intraday volatility context. You can see where pressure is building and trade within a clear framework that includes potential reaction zones.
MenthorQ turns options data into a practical framework for reading gamma, volatility and dealer behaviour. QUIN can also help compare spread strategies for current conditions, with educational context explaining why.
Understand how market structure, hedging pressure and key levels may shape your setups. Seeing where options activity is concentrated can help qualify a bullish or bearish session — useful context when working through a Phidias challenge.
A disciplined process: find setups with screeners, validate them with data and execute with a clear plan. MenthorQ's quantitative swing models can also help identify suitable strikes.
The same institutional quantitative models applied to digital assets: gamma positioning, volatility regimes and key levels for the cryptocurrencies you actually trade.

The main criticism of many quant tools is their steep entry barrier: powerful data, but no one teaches you how to use it. MenthorQ addresses this directly with a complete learning ecosystem:
This combination of data, education and AI is what separates MenthorQ from a basic indicator provider: you learn to read the market, not simply follow lines on a chart.
After several months of using Gamma levels in my daily trading, here is my honest assessment:
My MenthorQ rating across the criteria that matter most to an active trader:
MenthorQ bridges the gap between retail and institutional trading: dealer positioning, volatility and key levels become easier to interpret directly on TradingView or NinjaTrader charts. The combination of quantitative models, QUIN and the academy makes it far more than an indicator package. There is a learning curve, and the content is mainly in English, but day traders, 0DTE traders and ES/NQ prop firm traders may find the value compelling — especially with 20% off using code MQ20. Start with the free account, then move to Premium or Pro once the workflow has proved useful for you.
