What is MenthorQ?

MenthorQ is a quantitative analytics platform that builds data- and AI-driven trading models for active traders. Its mission is to give retail traders access to institutional-grade tools — market-maker positioning, gamma exposure (GEX), volatility regimes and key price levels — that were previously used only by professional desks.

Whether you trade stocks, ETFs, indices, futures, options, forex or crypto, MenthorQ turns complex market data — options chains, dealer flows and volatility surfaces — into clear, actionable levels that can be displayed directly on your charts.

At a glance — MenthorQ combines three building blocks in one ecosystem: quantitative models (64+ proprietary indicators), an interactive dashboard for data and insights, and QUIN, an AI engine dedicated to quantitative trading. It connects to more than 10 trading platforms and includes an academy with 1,000+ hours of training.

MenthorQ starts from a simple observation: most traders do not fail because they lack effort or intelligence, but because they operate with incomplete context — too much noise and no clear framework for reading volatility, positioning and timing. The gap between retail and institutional traders is not about IQ; it is about infrastructure. If you trade with a prop firm, it is the same challenge described in our analysis of the mistakes that cause 90% of traders to fail.

MenthorQ key figures

  • 64+ proprietary quantitative indicators : Gamma Levels (GEX), Greeks, Q-Scores, volatility, momentum and swing models
  • Markets covered Stocks, ETFs, Indices, Futures, Options, Forex and Crypto
  • Integrates with 10+ platforms : TradingView, NinjaTrader, ATAS, Quantower, Bookmap, Sierra Chart, TrendSpider…
  • 1,000+ hours of video courses, weekly live sessions and Discord support
02 · The market

Why Gamma levels change how you read the market

Markets have changed dramatically over the past decade: prices are increasingly driven by derivatives. Options flow now plays a major role in stock and index moves. For active traders, options are no longer a side product — they have become one of the most useful ways to track sentiment, locate liquidity and anticipate potential reaction zones.

MenthorQ's models are built around this idea: instead of looking backward at historical prices, the platform tracks how market makers hedge their positions to identify the structural forces shaping price before they become visible.

What this looks like on your charts

MenthorQ levels appear as horizontal lines directly on your chart: Call Resistance, 0DTE Gamma Wall, HVL (High Volume Level), Put Support, 1D Max / 1D Min, GEX 1-2-3… Each level reflects a real concentration of options positioning. This helps you identify areas where the market may react, slow down or accelerate.

For prop firm traders — if you trade ES or NQ in a funded account, these levels complement a Market Profile or ICT approach such as our 3 daily ES/NQ setups. Knowing the day's Gamma Wall before the session can support a cleaner trading plan and more precise risk management.
03 · The tools

MenthorQ's quantitative models

MenthorQ offers more than 64 proprietary indicators organised into model families. These are the main building blocks:

Gamma Levels (GEX)

Dealer gamma exposure translated into support and resistance levels: Gamma Wall, Call Resistance, Put Support and HVL. This is the core of the platform, available for daily and 0DTE views.

Option Greeks Models

Delta, gamma, vanna and charm aggregated at market level to show how market-maker hedging flows may push or slow price.

Q-Scores

Proprietary quantitative scores that summarise an asset's condition in a single rating: momentum, positioning and volatility regime. Useful for quickly filtering a trading universe.

Volatility models

Volatility regimes, term structure and intraday context help you determine whether the market is compressing or expanding — and adjust position size accordingly.

Momentum & Swing Models

Models built for swing traders: setup detection, data-based validation and selection of suitable strikes for options strategies.

Trading Dashboard

An interactive dashboard that centralises market data, predictive models and actionable insights — instead of keeping five tabs open at once.

04 · Artificial intelligence

QUIN: the AI engine for quantitative trading

QUIN is MenthorQ's proprietary AI engine. It is neither a chatbot nor a ChatGPT wrapper: it is a research system built specifically for traders, combining more than 20 years of institutional knowledge with real-time market data and practical quantitative workflows.

Why general-purpose AI fails in trading

General-purpose AI performs well with text but struggles with structured quantitative data such as options chains, GEX tables and multi-variable screening. It can miscalculate, invent figures and produce confident but incorrect answers. Most importantly, it has no access to MenthorQ's proprietary data: ask a general-purpose AI where gamma is concentrated on SPY and it can only guess.

What QUIN does differently

  • Native access to proprietary data: GEX, Q-Score and real-time gamma positioning
  • Natural-language screeners : use screeners pre-built by strategy or create custom ones with a simple prompt
  • Daily roadmap : key reaction zones for your assets each day, especially useful for 0DTE and futures
  • Low hallucination by design : quantitative outputs are grounded in verified data rather than predicted by a language model
  • Educational context : QUIN explains why one strategy may be more suitable than another under current market conditions
Important — QUIN does not replace your judgment as a trader. It improves clarity and cuts research time — the final trade remains your decision. It is a quant copilot, not a signal service.
05 · Ecosystem

Integrations : TradingView, NinjaTrader & more

This is one of MenthorQ's main strengths: you do not need to change platforms. Its levels and models connect directly to more than 10 trading platforms:

TradingView
NinjaTrader
ATAS
Quantower
Bookmap
Sierra Chart
TrendSpider
+ more

On TradingView, the MenthorQ Levels indicator automatically displays the day's levels (1D Max, 0DTE Call Resistance / Gamma Wall, HVL, Put Support, GEX…) on your chart. If you use NinjaTrader with a prop firm, as described in our Rithmic + NinjaTraderguide, the integration is just as direct.

Which trader profile?

Day traders

Levels, positioning and the context behind each move — so you are not trading blind. Real-time gamma data, key levels and dealer positioning sit in one place, with a daily roadmap generated by QUIN.

SPX 0DTE traders

The structure behind the session: 0DTE Gamma levels, dealer positioning and intraday volatility context. You can see where pressure is building and trade within a clear framework that includes potential reaction zones.

Options traders

MenthorQ turns options data into a practical framework for reading gamma, volatility and dealer behaviour. QUIN can also help compare spread strategies for current conditions, with educational context explaining why.

Futures traders (prop firm)

Understand how market structure, hedging pressure and key levels may shape your setups. Seeing where options activity is concentrated can help qualify a bullish or bearish session — useful context when working through a Phidias challenge.

Swing traders

A disciplined process: find setups with screeners, validate them with data and execute with a clear plan. MenthorQ's quantitative swing models can also help identify suitable strikes.

Crypto traders

The same institutional quantitative models applied to digital assets: gamma positioning, volatility regimes and key levels for the cryptocurrencies you actually trade.

08 · Learning

Academy & community

The main criticism of many quant tools is their steep entry barrier: powerful data, but no one teaches you how to use it. MenthorQ addresses this directly with a complete learning ecosystem:

  • Structured academy : more than 1,000 hours of video lessons and courses, including a practical onboarding path and a dedicated Gamma Levels course
  • Weekly live sessions and webinars for applying the models in real market conditions
  • Newsletters with market analysis
  • Community Discord with support, creating a genuine learning loop

This combination of data, education and AI is what separates MenthorQ from a basic indicator provider: you learn to read the market, not simply follow lines on a chart.

09 · Summary

Pros and cons

After several months of using Gamma levels in my daily trading, here is my honest assessment:

Strengths

  • Institutional-grade Gamma levels (GEX), updated in real time
  • 64+ proprietary quantitative indicators across stocks, indices, futures, forex and crypto
  • QUIN: quantitative AI grounded in verified data, not a general-purpose chatbot
  • Native integration with TradingView, NinjaTrader, ATAS, Quantower, Bookmap, Sierra Chart…
  • Academy with 1,000+ hours, live sessions and an active Discord
  • Free account for testing with no commitment
  • 20% off with code MQ20 on Premium and Pro subscriptions

Weaknesses

  • A genuine learning curve: gamma and options concepts require some investment of time
  • Interface and training are mainly in English
  • The subscription cost makes most sense if you trade actively
  • The depth of data may overwhelm complete beginners

Our verdict

4.5 / 5
A benchmark quant tool for reading market positioning

MenthorQ bridges the gap between retail and institutional trading: dealer positioning, volatility and key levels become easier to interpret directly on TradingView or NinjaTrader charts. The combination of quantitative models, QUIN and the academy makes it far more than an indicator package. There is a learning curve, and the content is mainly in English, but day traders, 0DTE traders and ES/NQ prop firm traders may find the value compelling — especially with 20% off using code MQ20. Start with the free account, then move to Premium or Pro once the workflow has proved useful for you.

My personal setup — MenthorQ Gamma levels for session context + my 3 ES/NQ setups for execution, all on a funded Phidias account (code LUCAS, verify the discount at checkout). Institutional context + disciplined execution + prop firm capital: that is the complete stack.
